Where does our data live and what happens to it?
Production databases are located in data centers in the EU, the EEA, or Switzerland, including OVHcloud. AI inference runs on leading AI models in EU regions. No training on identifiable customer data without explicit opt-in. The data processing agreement (DPA) is automatically part of the contract.
